TMM expects all information provided at the time of registration to be true and accurate. Providing false information can result in an account suspension.
All customer data should be stored properly and not abused. Customer names, addresses, and other identifying information are for fulfillment purposes only. Sellers found using this information for other purposes may be suspended or removed.
TMM requires accurate information and details to be provided during listing creation. Providing inaccurate listing information can result the product being temporarily blocked and the seller’s account is at risk of being suspended or possibly terminated.
TMM prohibits the sale of counterfeit products . TMM takes the counterfeiting of products very seriously. Listing and/or selling counterfeit products on TMM is prohibited and carries severe penalties if caught. Sellers who have listed or sold counterfeit products on TMM risk account suspension and may be subject to fines.
Listed products may not be the intellectual property of others. Sellers may only list products for which they own the intellectual property rights or for which they have permission to list. Listing products which infringe on any trademark, copyright, or patent will result in the product being blocked. The seller’s account may also be suspended.
Changing a product from its original product to a different product after a sale is prohibited.
Listing prohibited products on TMM is not allowed. TMM strictly regulates what can and cannot be sold on the site. The responsibility of actively monitoring what products are not allowed falls to the seller. Listings for prohibited products will be removed and the seller risks suspension. Product listings that are considered to be deliberately misleading are prohibited. TMM will request the seller correct misleading product listings, sellers with excessive numbers of misleading products will be removed from the site.
Dishonestly increasing the reviews/ratings of your own products by submitting false reviews, shipping false product, or by other means carries the penalty of suspension.
Misleading listings are not allowed on TMM and are grounds for suspension and/or termination. There are 5 major ways that a listing can be misleading
- The specifications of an item are misrepresented
- Images in the listing don’t show the actual size of an item
- The image/title/description differs in quantity from what the buyer will receive
- The image/title/description doesn’t make it clear what the buyer will receive
- The title/description don’t match the items in the images
The specifications of an item are misrepresented
When a product listing is created, it should accurately represent what the buyer will receive. Misleading a buyer about the item they’re purchasing creates unrealistic expectations for buyers and leads them to think they’re getting something that is worth more than what they saw in the listing. This, in turn, impacts the seller as their items receive poor ratings and feedback.
When describing an item, the listing image title/image/description should all accurately describe the item, including what it’s made of, what it does, and what comes with it. This includes displaying boxes when the items don’t come packaged in one.
Additionally, do not use names to describe a listing that do not fit what the item actually is. For example, sellers cannot use gemstone names to describe materials that are not actually gemstones.
Images in the listing don’t show the actual size of an item
We love when a seller wants to highlight their item in a way that makes it look its best! However, it’s just as important that the item is displayed in a manner that clearly indicates how large the item is. Even if the dimensions/size is included in the description, the images must also convey this information.
An easy way to do this is to put a coin next to the item in one of the listing pictures for size reference. An easily identifiable coin must be used for this such as a penny, nickel, dime or quarter. Antique or foreign currency coins are not appropriate as most buyers have never seen them before and have no idea of their size. Pictures of hands holding the item are fine as long as the hand is realistically sized. For example, you cannot put the item in a child’s hand to make it appear bigger if the item is not actually for a child.
The image/title/description differs in quantity from what the buyer will receive
If an image in a listing shows 20 of something, a buyer is going to expect to receive 20 of that item. Because shopping on TMM is such a visually-based shopping experience, it’s important that all the images in a listing, especially the primary image, show the correct quantity that a buyer will receive. If the picture shows many pieces of an item, buy the buyer will only receive one for the price of the listing, clearly state this in the title and description.
The image/title/description doesn’t make it clear what the buyer will receive
The images in some listings contain too many items and can confuse the buyer about what they are receiving. The primary image in a listing should make it clear what the buyer is actually buying. If the primary image includes a box or case the purchase should include an identical box or case. The same principle applies to any accessories and/or add-ons shown on the primary image unless the description clearly states that these extra items are not included.
The title/description don’t match the items in the images
When loading items to TMM, it’s important to be sure that the title and description are accurately matched to the images of the products.

These programs are not offered by TMM, so phrases and images advertising them should not be used to advertise products.
Unverified statements about shipping speed
An estimated delivery time frame is provided to the buyer by TMM based on the average shipping time in the seller’s account. Because this info is already provided and because shipping speeds can also vary at different times of year, do not advertise shipping on the listing images, as it cannot be guaranteed.
Unverified Free Shipping Claims
Do not include advertise Free Shipping for your items. Shipping may not always be free to all users viewing your listings as we have buyers from many locations throughout the world. Simply set the shipping up in TMM’s system, and the buyer will be shown how much they will need to pay. If shipping to a customer is free, TMM will highlight this for the buyer.
Using Competitor Watermarks
Watermarks are used on images to protect the image from being used without the owner’s permission. Using watermarked images that you do not own the rights to is prohibited.
Unauthorized Use of TMM Branding/Guarantees
Unless TMM has given you express permission to use their branding in your listings, copying and/or using such imagery for your products is not allowed.
Mystery lots cannot be sold on TMM. In order to not be a mystery lot, the listing must show exactly what the buyer will receive when they win.
As a seller,
images used in your listings should be your own photos of the
product you have for sale, or photographs that you have obtained
express permission to use.
TMM recommends that sellers watermark photos they own to prevent online theft; however, placing a watermark or graphic over or otherwise editing or altering an existing image does not change the intellectual property ownership.
Infringing upon intellectual property is illegal and as such carries severe penalties. By selling on TMM the seller agrees that if TMM determines (at their sole discretion) that any listed or sold products trespass upon intellectual property rights the account may be suspended and or terminated and the sellers funds (from both sales of the infringing products and unrelated products) may be withheld and/or forfeited.
TMM prohibits the listing of and sale of counterfeit products. Product listings for counterfeit items will be removed and the seller’s account at risk of suspension.
Products listed on TMM and any images used in product listings must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes trademarks, copyrights, patents. Products found to be violating intellectual property rights will be disabled.
TMM can request proof of authorization to sell a product at any time and the merchant is required to provide this proof. If a seller fails to provide proof their account is at risk of suspension/termination.
Falsifying proof of authorization is not allowed. The submission of falsified receipts, invoices, and/or authorizations will result in termination.

Most product sellers fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. All paid orders must be fulfilled within 5 business days. “Business days” are Monday – Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Purchased sessions do not have to be completed within the 5 day period, but the seller must be in contact with the buyer during that time and have scheduled the session.
If an order is not fulfilled it will be refunded and the seller will be charged the seller fees for the order. Failure to fulfill orders in excess may result in a suspension or removal.
All fulfilled product orders must receive an acceptance scan by an approved postal carrier within 2 days of being marked as shipped on TMM. If an order does not receive an acceptance scan and is refunded the seller will be charged the seller fees for that order. Sellers whose orders fail to be confirmed accepted by the carrier are at risk of suspension.
All product orders on TMM must be shipped with tracking and the tracking number must be entered into TMM. Products shipped through the TMM website via USPS will automatically have tracking numbers attached. If the sellers uses a carrier not offered on the site such as UPS or Fedex, the seller is responsible for entering the tracking number into the TMM site so that both TMM and the buyer can track the package.
International orders shipping into the US must be shipped with last mile tracking. Sellers are liable for the full price of the order and any seller fees associated with the order if the order is refunded and was shipped without last mile tracking.
Shipping orders with false/fake tracking numbers will result in removal from the platform.
If a seller refunds an order that does not have a refund request from TMM or the buyer they are liable for the seller fees associated with that order. Excessive unilateral refunds will result in expulsion from TMM.
Do not list items for sale that you are not sure if you have in stock. For example, if you have the same items listed on TMM that you also have for sale in your local shop, you must keep a very close eye on the inventory to make sure that you do not have items listed on TMM that have already sold.
If a buyer purchases an item that you find you no longer have in stock, you must inform the buyer immediately and process a refund. If you have already received funds for the purchase via PayPal payments, TMM will withdraw the full amount from your PayPal account. If this payment is rejected by PayPal, the seller will be subject to a $35 penalty for every day that it remains unpaid.
Sellers who are found to frequently sell out of stock items will face suspension and possibly termination.
If a seller has a buyer rating score that is below average the account may be suspended or terminated.
If an account has an excessive Broken Rate it may be suspended or terminated. Broken Rate is the number of paid sales in an account that have not been refunded divided by the total number of sales in an account, including those that have been refunded.
If an account has an excessive Item Not Received (INR) Rate it may be suspended or terminated. INR Rate is the number of paid orders with an Item Not Received dispute filed on them divided by the total number of paid sales in the account.
Contacting customers by any methods including, but not limited to: email, phone, text, mail, outside of TMM is prohibited and puts the seller’s account at risk of suspension.
Encouraging customers to pay outside TMM is not allowed. All transactions must be conducted through TMM. Asking or encouraging customers to complete a transaction off TMM will result in termination.
Sellers found to be requesting the customer contact them or contacting customers outside of TMM via notes included in packages, letters, phone calls or other means will be suspended or terminated.
Refunded orders are not eligible for payment. If an order is refunded it will not be paid out to the seller. In some cases the seller may be charged for the seller fees (commissions, scheduling fees, processing fees) or the entire order amount of the refunded order.
If an order is refunded and has already been paid out to the seller, the seller is still responsible for 100% of the cost of the refund. A refund deduction equaling the order total will be withdrawn from the sellers account via PayPal. If this payment is rejected by PayPal, the seller will be subject to a $35 penalty for every day that it remains unpaid.
The seller is liable for the seller fees for refunded orders that do not have a tracking number or where the tracking number is invalid or inaccurate.
- If the order is refunded and does not have a tracking number, the seller is responsible for the seller fees for the order.
- If an order is refunded and was shipped without valid tracking or with an unapproved carrier the seller will be charged for the seller fees associated with that order.
The seller is responsible for paying return shipping on orders where the seller is considered to be at fault (as determined by TMM). If the order is refunded the seller is responsible for the order cost and seller fees.
The seller is liable for all seller fees for orders refunded due to fraudulent merchant activity. If the seller is found to be in violation (determined at TMM’s sole discretion) of any TMM policies in regard to the order the seller will be invoiced for 100% of the order cost.
Any paid orders that are not delivered to the customer should be refunded in full.
All orders must be shipped with an approved carrier. Sellers will be invoiced for 100% of any orders that are refunded and were shipped with unapproved carriers.
When a seller’s account on TMM is suspended:
- All products will be removed from the viewing on the site,
- All account payouts are automatically placed on hold, and
- For severe violations, the store’s payout may be withheld for a minimum of 90 days
Reasons an account could be suspended include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Asking customers for their personal information, encouraging customers to contact you outside TMM and/or contacting customers outside TMM
- Selling fake or counterfeit goods
- Intentionally violating any TMM policies for profit
- A separate account owned by the same or a related seller being suspended
- Excessive Broken Rate
- Excessive INR Rate
- Sending empty packages
- Using an unapproved carrier
- Falsifying tracking information
- Sending packages to an address that doesn’t match the address on the invoice without documented buyer request through TMM messages
- Excessive orders failing to receive acceptance scans by the carrier and/or excessive orders receiving acceptance scans late
- Selling prohibited products
- Harassment of TMM employees and/or TMM property
- Misuse of the TMM site or its logos or name
- Slander of TMM or its employees, buyers or other sellers
Fees and Payouts
- TMM charges a flat fee of 10 cents per listing per month. Payment is due at the time the listing is posted and every 30 days thereafter if the item is still listed for sale.
- TMM charges a flat 5% for the final order cost of all products, including shipping. Shipping is included because sellers are allowed to set their own shipping costs any may inflate them in order to avoid paying fees if the shipping is not included in our commission.
